There is a complete range of finishing contracts available for the professional beef finisher. Contracts are based on a forward price for cattle which is set at the time that the animals enter the finishing unit and are accepted onto the contract. Cattle must be contracted by ear tag number.

Contract reared calves are supplied on a regular basis to fit the beef finishers production cycle, or Dairy Farmers producing their own calves, can register them for a contract price. All the contracts have clearly defined parameters for the cattle, and top prices will be achieved for cattle that meet the contractual specifications.
