As part of the Blade business we can provide finishing contracts for most types of Beef finishing systems. Beef finishers are spread throughout the country and supply cattle to the Southern Counties Fresh Foods plant at Langport in Somerset.
Contracts are available for:
- F/Holstein bulls
- Continental cross heifers and steers
- Aberdeen Angus heifers and steers
Beef finishers have specific targets that their cattle must attain in order to achieve the premium prices. Expert advice on animal nutrition, health management and buildings is readily available to all Blade Finishers.
